All initial assessments are 40 minutes so we can adequately assess, diagnose and treat the concern that you are having. You will be greeted by our reception staff and fill a new patient form. A podiatrist will assess and discuss what they believe is causing your issues. You will likely leave with some form of initial treatment and a review appointment to better determine your best ‘steps forward’.
After all our initial appointments there will likely be at least one follow up appointment to ensure that we have you back on track with your needs. Each person and situation may require different needs and your podiatrist will discuss this with you.
Further follow ups include a letter to your referring practitioner, GP, coach or other health care professionals involved in your care. As well, we provide a phone call to all our patients after a period of time to ensure you have remained in perfect condition after your discharge from our care.
In order for us to be able to help you, book your appointment easily online with our online booking system. Alternatively, you can call the clinic on 9795 4011 and we can help you from there. Someone will answer your call and help you book an appointment and answer directly any questions you may have.
